Dear Presidential Candidate 2008:

I have noticed the presidential candidates never address one of the largest crisis in The United States of American which is the issues and problems of the "The America Industrial Prison Correctional Systems". The current prison systems house close to 3 Million people with Love-Ones begging for REFORM. Many current reports state that approximately 16 Million people living in America are currently on some type of criminal watch. How many have survived the brutality of the America Industrial Prison Systems is unknown. It is noted, on the Presidential Candidates “Issues Listings”, nothing listing corrections, prisons, Inmates as an issue. Why is this?

Please Mr/Mrs Presidential Candidate _________ address the "double jeopardy" procedures of the Federal Criminal Justice System." The FEDS use of a person's criminal background of previous crimes (already paid for by fines, sentences, probations, paroles, etc including parking tickets and other misdemeanor violations) determines a person’s Federal Sentencing Length. Allowing this type of action is what The Constitution and Bill of Rights of The United States of America says, “That no man is to be tried twice for the same crime”. That is exactly what is happening when the US Sentencing Guidelines enhances a person's sentence due to their previously (already paid for) crimes. These people are being denied the right to work, housing, social security benefits, Medicare, medicade, grants to go to school, and many other benefits through the government programs that have been provided by the "Taxpaying Voting Citizens" who provide the dollars. These denials continue to say, you are being re-sentenced for your previous criminal activities. This is "DOUBLE JEOPARDY".

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate__________ address the "CORRUPTIONS" in the court systems by Law Enforcers, Attorneys, District Attorneys, and Judges involving perjury, lies, covered up evidence that create wrongful corrections, confidential informants (that do not exist), forced plea bargains and deals through the process of torture, abuse, denial, abuse, threats, harassments, and many other unknown practices for forcing someone to sign an agreement, taking advantage of the young people without counsel or parents in the room, and forced to agree for a lesser sentence if they will not take it to trial before their peers ( the jurors) then the agreement is withdrawn saying, "GOTCHA it was a joke."

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate ____________ address the issue of the "death penalty" . Include the numerous wrongful convictions that have been sitting on death row and about the many that have been executed that very likely were innocent.

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate ____________ address the issue of the "Mentally Ill" put into prisons, including the numerous physically disabled. Allowing the inflicted daily abuse on the Inmates that have mental and physical medical problems is a crime according to the American Disability Act (ADA). How will you protect the people in the horrible conditions?

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate ____________ address the issue of the "RAPE" torture allowed in The America Industrial Prison Complexes. How you will enforce President Bush's "Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003" to stop this inhumane treatment?

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate ____________ address the issue of the " GANG" (who are TERRORIST) controlling the prison systems. How more crime and corruption goes down inside of the prison system including the corrupt State Employees paid by Taxpayers Tax Dollars. How will you proceed to clean up the corruption inside the prison systems?

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate ___________ address the "Individual" States Brutal Prison Systems of torture, medical neglect, prison deaths by guards and inmates, abuse. Speak about the "no rehabilitation" for Inmates. Talk about the dehumanization of human beings inside the America Industrial Prison Complexes (for profit). How many are being held in the brutal America prisons for non-violent crimes. How will you clean up and reform all the pain and suffering for those inside the prisons and the Love-Ones of Prisoners on the outside, looking in, screaming for help but no one can hear because their screams have been silenced. How will you give a voice to this brutality, expose what is going on?

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate ________________ address the overcrowding of the Correctional System. Is this due to the numerous illegal immigrants incarcerated? How will procedures be enforcing the laws to return the illegal immigrants back to their own country? The Prison system for many illegal immigrants is the best place they have ever had because it includes a roof over their head, food each day, water, clothing, something many of them have never had. How will you remove them off the TAXPAYERS payroll?

Please Mr/Mrs Presidential Candidate _________ explain why Inmates/Prisoners and Former Inmates/Prisoners are NOT allowed to vote? Will you restore their right to VOTE?

Please Mr/Mrs. Presidential Candidate __________ explain how you will proceed to convince the Legislative Body to take immediate action concerning needed changes. How will you oversee and enforce the changes to REFORM The America Industrial Prison System (created for profits)?

I am not saying to be "soft on crime" what I am asking is for REFORM or out the DOOR.

I will be listening for this subject to be addressed with answers in the upcoming campaign speeches and debates.
